PRESIDENT's MESSAGE

It is an honor for me to salute the birth of our new organization- THE ILOCOS NORTE COLLEGE OF ARTS & TRADES ALUMNI ASSOCIATION OF HAWAII. This Association was formed primarily to create cooperation, unity and brotherhood among all graduates, former students, faculty members, and employees of INCAT who have at least a minimum of six months residency in Hawaii.

Some of our goals are to award scholarships to deserving students of INCAT, and children of members; to foster unity and closer relationship among members; to actively participate and contribute to the noble cause of the community and to establish a mutual fund for all members.

These are but few of our goals and their fulfillment greatly depend upon the cooperation of its officers and members. This is therefore, the appropriate time to move forward without hesitation, knowing fully well the meaning, the breadth and the importance of our intention in founding the Alumni Association. It is time to reach out to our brethern here in Hawaii who have spent their time with our Alma Mater.

We have many goals to achieve and dreams to realize. Let us therefore be united and make our new Association one if not the most successful organization in Hawaii. We need your utmost cooperation to realize this dream.
