INCAT Alumni Association of Hawaii was formed as a  non profit community civic organization by former students and faculty members from the Ilocos Norte College of Arts & Trades, Laoag City, Philippines who are now residing in the State of Hawaii, USA. The idea to form an organization was started by Larry Ramirez, a former student as well as former faculty member of INCAT. It was a hard task gathering all known former students and faculties from the same school but it came to reality in November 1999 and thus the INCAT Alumni Association of Hawaii was born. The aim of the organization is friendship and unity and a sense of belonging bonded together by our loyalty to the same institution we attended together at one time or another. This is also an opportunity and chance to give back to our own Alma Mater the fruits of those hardship giving us the necessary tools and education we are now using to find jobs and survive our daily life today. Membership is open to all alumni of INCAT as well as their immediate families who are now residing in Hawaii. We would like to invite all our schoolmates residing in Hawaii to join us. Now that you have found us, we would like to say, WELCOME HOME!
